Mutuality provides space for building awareness, empowerment, strategic action, and re-centering. Our focus on anti-oppression work, rooted in life-long commitments to maintaining awareness, fulfills ongoing calls for collective effort in allied action. We reckon with privilege along every axis of oppressive ranking systems; age, disability, religious culture, ethnicity, social class culture, sexual orientation, indigenous heritage, national origin, and gender.
As a collective of knowledge keepers, healers, and teachers, we facilitate growth in community. We look to global networks rooted in animist traditions and ecological activism as sources of wisdom necessary for liberatory practices like reconnecting to our natural selves, other-than-human agents, and the natural world.
